Thanksgiving 0-2
Ok family well Kentucky was kinda cold but still had a rather good time. Kellie's family got the grand opportunity of traveling with me. We left on Wednesday morning and i crawled into the back seat of their suburban cuddled under my blanket and instantly went to sleep. I woke up when the car stopped for food. Much to John Youngers' pleasure unlike his daughters i eat. But yeah it was a 6 hour drive but we got caught in traffic (i was told this) for two hours. Thanksgiving for me was small. Kellie, her sister Shannon, their parents and me. were the only ones at dinner. (WEIRD) Dinner was delicious and mom i have a recipe i want you to try. its delicious. Friday Kellie got sick. (dehydration lots of up-chucking)So i stayed in the hotel and took care of her while her parents spent time with Shannon. Kellie was better by Saturday. Saturday night we went to the Tennessee v. Kentucky football game and watched Kentucky send it into overtime and then lose it 3 minutes later. (line man who can't block.) Ah but at this game i went the rounds with a young man standing behind me who was going crazy and yelling at Kentucky (who he was cheering for.) He saw me smirk after he made the comment "you can't try to play the way they do back West this is the East coast and we play football." i laughed at this. He later went on to talk about how great Alabama was which of course i laughed even harder he noticed and called me out on it. I of course brought up Utah v Alabama in their bowl game last year. He told me i should sit down because i probably couldn't even find Utah on the map. Which in turn fired me up a bit. So we argued a little bit and he slowly backed down. His dad mean while was standing next to him just laughing asked me when we were done arguing where Kellie and I were from. Kellie said Connecticut. and explained why we were at the game. And then i said Utah. i've never seen a glare like that before in my life. then i found out ByU beat Utah oh yeah i'm still hearing aboutit.

Speaking of Rivalries the Holy War is this week and i know i wont be able to watch it. BUT GOO UTES!!! Ty wish i was watching it with ya bud. Family have a great Thanksgiving (midge eat some pie for me.)

FIN DE SEMANA
OK i had a lot go on this past weekend so Thursday night i had a date with Joey it was a lot of fun, we went rollerblading, and to "where the wild things are". loved it and had a great time. Friday was the semi-formal which i was talked into going the day of. So Mercedes did my hair (kinda well she curled all of it)Ariana gave me a dress, and MaryIvy took pictures. Ok so you could have taken a date but you didn't have to we all went together and had a great time. Naturally, i didn't ask anyone to go with me. BUT Taylor Lundy (reminds me of April) introduced me to one of her friends two weeks ago his name is Brighton, (6'3 thick dark hair, blue blue eyes, and a smirk.) He is also Jewish which is why we were introduced because we both are religious. Anyways long story short he was there with a couple of his friends because Taylor asked him to bring some friends and come. Anywho we had a lot of fun danced a couple of times, laughed a lot at drunk people, and then almost started a HUGE cat fight between me and his ex... kinda freaky i was almost stabbed with a stiletto, (way cute black and red ones to be exact.) After that i was escorted out of the building and into a limo and taken back to Salem. Yeah awesome night.

ah
Well soccer is over now. Salem finished 4th in our conference. We lost to Maryville on Friday and they later went on to beat Piedmont and win their 9th straight conference title. Recap on the game, it was intense and the most fun game i have ever played, it was probably my best game of the season. Even though i'm disappointed the season is over but now i get to look forward to everything else... what that is i'm not exactly sure.
Well yesterday i went to church (go figure) its been a while since i've been able to go to all my meetings. But i got to yesterday, i love my ward they are truly all so nice and almost overwhelming with welcome but hey i'll take that over being ignored. Oh yes i was just recently called as one of three YSA (young single adults) teacher... ... i'm freaking out about it. I've never taught a lesson, i feel completely inadequate i'm the youngest in the class and i'm supposed to teach them!! ? what? how does that work... ? oh well its all for the best i'm sure. i'm excited i teach my first lesson on the 22... and i think i'm speaking on the 29th. The bishop loves to do that to me. Well life is busy, i spend a lot of time with my YSA group they are for the most part a lot of fun. though Richard, Jordan and Stephani are probably my favorites. :) love them dearly Steph has two kids who are sooo cute. Jordan is always coming up with get rich quick schemes which are hilarious (Man-Paper was his latest.) Richard reminds me of Riley Scow. lol. but smarter like Aunt Nancy, he does a lot of everything, including a paramedic, river guide, fireman, paratrooper, EMT, he actually recently just finished a book "My House on the Beach" and currently he is a motivational speaker. he is certified in just about everything imaginable. lets just say we have interesting conversations. Well that's life its good, kinda busy kinda hard, but that's just how it goes. love you.
